Adam Weiss Architecture was contracted to help clarify a complex series of decisions needed to plan for future expansion of the historic Pie Ranch.  Over a 12 month period, we assessed the physical and personal assets of the Ranch, completed a full survey of the complex regulatory context of the California central coast.  AWA provided three design options to the board in July, 2018.
